Orlando Water/Plumbing Leak Detection; 24/7 Emergency Services

Having a water leak is something every Central Florida area home and business owner dreads! Just imagine a tiny hole the size of a pinhead in a water pipe slowly dripping and dripping into the walls, soaking into the insulation, walls, ceilings, and floors, creating the perfect breeding ground for mildew and mold. The longer it goes undetected the more of a problem it becomes!

Our goal at the Leak Doctor is to help our customers save money, whether you are a home or business owner, we want to ensure your plumbing system is free of any leaks, to protect your property and our precious natural resource.

Following a few easy guidelines can help detect any hidden leaks and save you tons of money in the process!

Many water leaks are visible and relatively easy to repair, a dripping faucet or running toilet. Unfortunately, most of the pipes in your home are hidden between a wall and under a concrete slab. Water leaks in these pipes can go years without being detected.

Check your water meter: With all the water using appliances turned off and nobody using the water, check the water meter. If it is registering it indicates you may have a water leak. Leave the water turned off for at least 30 minutes, check the meter again. If the level has changed, it is time to contact the Leak Doctor.

Check your water usage: Has your water bill recently gone up? The average person uses about 80 gallons of water a day. If your monthly bill is above the average water usage, it may indicate a leak.

Ultrasound is just one of the tools used by the trained professionals at the Leak Doctor. This advanced digital ultrasonic inspection system allows the technician to detect frequencies beyond the human range of hearing, even the tiniest leaks make a traceable noise. Allowing our trained technicians to locate a leak with minimal damage to your property.

Although this specialized equipment is crucial, the other important piece of equipment that you should not ignore is a properly trained technician. A trained leak professional can locate a leak within your home with minimum damage to your property.
